Unless otherwise stated, your shipment will be sent in the most cost effective manner. We strive to offer you the best pricing and shipping options available. If you would like to have your order shipped via a method not listed on our site, please call our sales team at 386.507.2024 and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.

Delivery

Generally, the delivery of any RC model over 50cc will require the use of a freight shipper. Rates will vary depending on the location of the delivery; commercial locations may be quoted at a different rate from a residential one. Please take into consideration the physical constraints of your delivery location when placing your order. If your delivery location has unique requirements, please let our staff know so we can ensure the freight company sends the appropriate truck to deliver your order.

Tailslide Aviation is not responsible for any delay in shipment due to weather, incorrect shipping location (ie: a residential address was given when the location is actually zoned commercial), or a delay in the receipt of your signed Freight Acknowledgement.

It is your responsibility to inspect any package upon delivery. This includes inspection of the box and the contents inside. Once accepted, you must sign the receipt before the driver leaves. After your package has been accepted, Tailslide Aviation is no longer responsible for your item or any damage that may have been incurred during shipping.

We recommend that you schedule a delivery appointment convenient for your schedule to ensure you can inspect your order to avoid any potential damage claims.
